We bought a 2024 MDX and the transaction was informative, smooth, and swift. All of our needs, wants and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The team ensured that we not only got everything we wanted, but even made arrangements to accommodate our schedule. We were beyond elated to have had such a great experience because buying a new car can be overwhelming. As for the car words can’t describe all the amazing features and the drive, worth every penny! Highly recommend the mdx especially if your looking for a cool family car.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Policaro Acura, and my overall experience was quite positive. From the moment I stepped into the dealership to the final paperwork! The staff at Policaro Acura were friendly, approachable, and demonstrated a high level of expertise. They patiently answered all my questions, explained the features of the car, and provided valuable insights without pressuring me into a purchase. Even after the sale, the dealership continued to impress me with their commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and offered assistance with any additional questions or concerns.

I shopped around to multiple Acura dealerships before deciding on doing business with Policaro, specifically dealt with Joshua Nojadera. He was professional and did not play any games like other typical sales people do at other dealerships. He is here with the modern ways of selling- over the course of a few weeks, we were able to work out a deal via telephone/text beforehand and essentially went there to sign one day and did not have to waste an entire day negotiating a deal. Also I encountered some other dealerships still trying to charge me the “maximum dealer fees” and those fees are optional for a dealer to charge to make additional profit. I think some dealers are stuck in the old traditional ways of selling and don’t understand that most consumers are more savvy now more than ever with all of the info that can be found online. Needless to say, Joshua was the opposite of my negative experience with the other dealerships. He was able to get me the price I wanted. Also, Joshua did not treat me any less because I’m a female (some salespeople will look at my husband only to speak as they assume he’s the decision maker, even when they know I’m the one buying the car). He also went above and beyond by following up with me post purchase, I recommend anyone buying a vehicle to work with Joshua - you won’t be disappointed! I also appreciate this dealership understanding how to turnaround used cars as they did not low ball me a trade in value for my vehicle. They were also very transparent with their numbers. In addition, while at the dealership, the GM, Fortune gave my son a little gift bag with a colouring book and crayons which was thoughtful so that he can keep himself occupied while we finalized the deal. Lastly I thought the enormous bow tie was a nice touch when I got my vehicle.

Visited Policaro Acura last week and had an amazing experience. I was helped by Josh and was the sole reason for my seamless experience. Awesome guy - super personable and wasn’t pushy and making a sale. Although I didn’t leave with a new car, I most definitely learned a lot about the different models and which one would possibly best match my lifestyle. Will most definitely come back to Josh and the Policaro crew once I’m able to purchase a new car.

I can't say enough about this place. I was in the market for an RDX Aspec and had went to 3 dealers before who tried to sneak in warranties, hide damages and more. I went here and dealt with Josh and he was straight to the point, no hidden anything, gave me the best price for my trade too. The finance manager Marc was amazing to, he didn't force sell anything, he was very kind to. Would recommend this place to anyone in the market for a vehicle hands down.
